Subscription pricing is listed on our website. All prices are in the currency specified at checkout.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes (including VAT where required).

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle.

14-day refund: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.

After 14 days, no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until then.

We recommend exporting any data you need before your subscription ends.

We own all rights to the okok.now service, including software, design, and trademarks.

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights to the websites you monitor or the data we collect on your behalf.

You grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, or factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct, which cannot be excluded under Swiss law.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to: non-payment, illegal activity, abuse of the service, or violation of acceptable use policies.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Data export is available while your account is active; we do not provide a post-termination export window. Your rights under GDPR to request personal data remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring claims in your country of residence as provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
